These national contracts allow each individual postal facility to purchase items necessary to support their daily operational requirements.

The primary MRO customers under these contracts are the 800 "Maintenance Capable" mail processing facilities and vehicle maintenance facilities throughout the U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, in addition to post offices of various sizes across the country.
