Having worked in both private practice at leading international law firms and as in-house legal counsel at a Fortune 100 defense contractor, Gary brings a unique perspective to his role at NOBLE. His experience includes a tenure at Perkins Coie LLP, an AM Law 50 law firm, where he was a Partner in the Government Contracts Group. He also spent five years at General Dynamics Mission Systems as chief legal counsel for the Maritime & Strategic Systems Division.

Gary's academic background includes a B.S. degree from Boston College, an MBA from the University of Richmond, and a law degree from George Mason University School of Law. His intellectual prowess is further demonstrated by his frequent speaking engagements and panel appearances, where he is considered a leading legal expert on U.S. government contract topics. Gary, his wife, and three children live in Wrentham, MA. In his free time, Gary enjoys being outdoors with his two Vizslas, Rosie and Vivi, and indulging his passion for Boston sports and live music.
