TR/EX Attendees, What to Know Before you Go

We’re excited that TR/EX is almost here! For everyone heading to NOBLE’s annual Training and Expo on February 18 – 19, here is some information you’ll want to know about.

Parking

On-site at the Gaylord National Harbor’s parking garage and lots is available. Attendees may choose from valet or self-parking. Self-parking is $43 daily and $19 hourly. Valet parking is $67 daily. Additionally, there are other nearby parking garages and street parking.

Registration

IMPORTANT NOTE: A government-issued ID is required to pick up your badge. Military and government attendees must present official government-issued agency identification. Your name badge is required for admission to all events as well as the exhibit hall. No exceptions.

Training Registration /// Fort Washington Built-in Registration Counter

Open: Tuesday, February 18 from 7:00 am-4:00 pm

Expo Registration /// Prince George’s Exhibit Hall

Open: Tuesday, February 18 from 11:30 am-7:00 pm and Wednesday, February 19 from 7:00 am-5:00 pm

Express Registration Check-in

Save time and use the express check-in option that will be available in the registration areas. An Express Registration Pass will be sent from MGL to all attendees via email on Monday, February 17.

Training and Demos

Tuesday, February 18 - 9:00 am-4:30 pm NOBLE Training

Please refer to the NOBLE TR/EX Event Guide, available on-site, for more information and details about training and demos. The training team can also be found in booth 323 on Wednesday, February 19.
