Tom Noble, CEO of NOBLE, announced on March 27th that the company had been re-awarded the EUCOM Fulfillment IDIQ Contract by the General Services Administration (GSA). The 5-year contract, valued at $173 million, provides approximately 1,000 frequently ordered consumable National Stock Numbers (NSNs) for delivery to military and federal government customers within the EUCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). Under the contract, NOBLE delivers these products to any European country within 3 to 5 days of receiving a task order.
"This re-award was a competitive Best Value selection process," stated Noble. "We successfully retained this vital contract thanks to the outstanding efforts of our dedicated team."
NOBLE maintains a distribution center in Raunheim, Germany, for its inventory and fulfillment activities in Europe. The facility is fully stocked with commonly needed items, including green and AbilityOne products. Under NOBLE's GSA fulfillment contract, customers receive expedited (3-5 day) supply and logistics services. NOBLE also offers strategic local sourcing of products not stocked at its Raunheim facility.
The History of the GSA EUCOM IDIQ Contract
In 2018, GSA launched its program to support EUCOM customers by expediting the delivery of high-demand National Stock Numbers. NOBLE was the first vendor to be awarded this program contract. Working with NOBLE, GSA's customers can order from the items stocked in Germany for delivery throughout Europe in less than a week. Customers order through existing mechanisms (e.g., MILSTRIP, DLMS, GSA's websites, or directly from NOBLE), and items are delivered in just a few days. Items outside the EUCOM inventory ship from CONUS via the standard process.
