Federal Resources Announces Second Annual Warrior’s Legacy Scholarship Fund

Federal Resources is pleased to announce the renewal of the Warrior’s Legacy Scholarship Fund. Established in 2018, this scholarship recognizes and provides higher education assistance to college students that are children of our country’s bravest service members who have demonstrated academic excellence and are continuing their education at the collegiate level.

Warriors Legacy Scholarship Fund by Federal Resources

Federal Resources, a premier supplier of quality products and mission-critical solutions to military and first responders, announced today that the company is re-launching their Warrior’s Legacy Scholarship Fund and will begin accepting applications on February 21 through May 1, 2019. The 2019 Warrior’s Legacy Scholarship recipients will be announced in July.

In its second year, the Warrior’s Legacy Scholarshipis Federal Resources’ nonrenewable scholarship program valued that recognizes and financially assists students that are children of our country’s bravest service members that are pursuing higher education after high school. The award is valued at $5,000 and is presented to a college-bound high school senior or currently enrolled college student that is a child of a First Responder, Law Enforcement Officer, or Armed Forces service member. The Federal Resources Warrior’s Legacy Scholarship Fundcommittee will select a winner based on grade point average, proof of enrollment at an accredited institution, relationship to a service member, and response to the essay question proposed in the online application.

The funds can be used to pay for a myriad of needs to allow these students to focus on their academic success without financial pressure. The recipient will be selected in time for the scholarship to be used in the current 2019-2020 academic school year.All students that can verify their parent/guardian’s servicemember status, grade point average, and enrollment in an accredited academic institution are eligible for consideration based on their completed application, completed no later than May 1, 2019.
