State of Florida Issues NASPO ValuePoint Contract to Noble for Facilities MRO & Industrial Supplies

The Department of Management Services, an agency of the State of Florida, awards Noble a contract for statewide purchasing of facilities maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) and industrial supplies.
The Alternate Contract Source (ACS) agreement is executed through the NASPO ValuePoint program, providing a cost-effective and best value for the state's MRO purchases. Customers include all agencies of the State of Florida. ACS Contract No. 31160000-20-NASPO-ACS

Noble Wins MHEC Contract for Collaborative Purchasing of HVAC Products and Services.

The Massachusetts Higher Education Consortium (MHEC) awards Noble a contract to provide motors, pumps, compressors, controls, and HVAC products and services to its members throughout New England. The agreement offers collaborative purchasing on many brands of HVAC equipment with 25% off the manufacturer's list price for all member institutions, faculty, staff, and students. Installation and services are also available under this contract. The MHEC contract (no. MC12-G03) is in effect 09/01/2021 through 8/31/2024.

USPS Awards Building Equipment and Maintenance and Industrial Products Contracts to Noble | $578M

Noble is re-awarded two contracts to provide national supply and logistics services to the United States Postal Service. The IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity) contracts offer fixed unit pricing for Building and Equipment Maintenance and Industrial products. The initial performance period of three years begins on September 13, 2021, with two two-year renewal options following.

GSA Awards Noble MRO Requisition Channel GEN 2 | $100M

The U.S. General Services Administration issues Noble an award under the MRO Requisition Channel Gen 2. The single-award, firm-fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contains a one-year base period (11/9/2021 - 11/8/2022) and four one-year option periods. Under the contract, Noble fulfills 1184 National Stock Numbers (NSNs) of MRO items purchased through GSA Global Supply by GSA customers within CONUS East Coast and West Coast locations. The contract has an estimated value of $100M over five years.

NAVSUP Pearl Harbor Awards Noble Hawaii Industrial Supply Store Contract | $38M

NAVSUP PearlHarbor, Hawaii, re-awards Noble a Firm­ Fixed Price (FFP) single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for an Industrial Supply Store to cover a wide range of materials and supplies supporting NAVFAC Hawaii's Shop Stores. Noble provides all labor, material, and equipment to manage and operate a "turn-key" supply store comparable to a full-service, commercial hardware store with a product line of more than 25,000 products. Supplies are provided under GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) 332510 Hardware Manufacturing. Services performed include providing a full-service, walk-in/walk-out commercial retail operation with Noble-owned/managed inventory. Store management and personnel are onsite to provide customer support for the NAVFAC, which encompasses the Pearl Harbor-Hickam Region and Leeward, Windward Oahu, and Barking Sands, Kauai. Additionally, Noble offers e-commerce services in Hawaii to Navy, Marine Corps, DoD, and other federal agency clients, including an e-commerce platform for ordering "next-day" available items.

Noble wins DLA Global Aviation FSG 53 Contract | $1B

DLA awards Noble Supply and Logistics a fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract to supply hardware and abrasives used as spare parts in multiple weapons systems, having an estimated $1,036,173,501 total contract value. The Federal Stock Group 53 (FSG 53) material support contract has a three-year base contract with a one-year transition period and two three-year option periods. Customers under the contract are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Foreign Military, and other authorized government buyers. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency, Aviation, Richmond, Virginia (Contract number SPE4AX-21-D-9407).
Under the contract, Noble provides supply chain management to support the Defense Logistics Agency's worldwide customers with the National Stock Numbers (NSNs) that comprise FSG 53. Services include customer direct orders and military retail stock replenishment with expedited (one to three-day) deliveries of items within the contract scope.

DLA Awards Noble Bridge Contract for MRO Tailored Logistics Support in Northeast Region | $90M

Noble Supply and Logistics is awarded a maximum $90,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for facilities maintenance, repair, and operations supplies. The contract is a 521-day bridge contract with no option periods and a November 22, 2022, ordering period end date. Using customers are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard in the Northeast region, including Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (SPE8E3-21-D-0009).

Noble is awarded  DLA contract for MRO TLS Support in EUCOM Region | $568M

The Department of Defense issues a 5-year, $568M, MRO TLS Prime Vendor Contract to Noble Supply & Logistics. The contract is a single award, firm-fixed-price Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity contract for supplying MRO items to DLA customers located in Europe Zone 1. The using customers are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and NATO. 
Under the contract, Noble assumes logistical responsibility for providing maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) supplies to the European Command (EUCOM) or African Command (AFRICOM) Areas of Responsibility. The MRO products include all commercial items associated with facility maintenance, repair, and operation.

DLA Awards Pacific Region MRO IDIQ Contract to Noble | $562.5M

The Defense Logistics Agency awards Noble Supply and Logistics a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for facilities maintenance, repair, and operations requirements in the Pacific Region, Zone 1. The region includes Japan, Okinawa, Diego Garcia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Korea.
Noble offers a complete line of Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) supplies to support the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard requirements within the contract region. The contract has a two-year base period, effective May 13, 2021, through May 12, 2023, followed by two 18-month option periods. The maximum ceiling value of the contract is $562,500,000.

DLA Awards Noble one of Six Special Operational Logistics Contracts with $33B Combined Ceiling

The Defense Logistics Agency awards Noble Supply & Logistics one of six spots on the maximum $33,000,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for its Special Operational Equipment (SOE) Tailored Logistics Support (TLS) Program. Under the SOE TLS Program, Noble works with DLA to provide total logistics support for DLA customers' SOE requirements. The contract is a two-year base contract with four two-year option periods. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
